Maximum speed is the upper limit the service can reach; Actual Speed may vary depending on a number of factors including but not limited to coverage areas.

Quota is based on a 1:4 ratio; i.e. 1 GB is equivalent to 200 Mbytes upload and 800 Mbytes download.

The broadband monthly allocated usage level quota is valid for one billing cycle only. The remaining unused free MB is not carried forward to the next billing month. The usage level quota is reset to full quota on commencement of each billing cycle.

Subscribers are notified by email and SMS when 75% of the maximum usage is reached. Prepaid card users are notified 3 and 1 day(s) before account expiry date and when the account is expired.

• The quota limit mentioned for each plan is the total quota available for each month; the account will keep on renewing by itself automatically at the end of each month. The remaining monthly unused free MB is not carried forward to the next billing month. The usage level quota is reset to full quota on commencement of each billing month.
• In case quota limit is reached before end of the month, the customer is able to advance his account renewal date from end of month to the current date when quota is completely used. Or also, the client can use one of the refill voucher cards to add quota to his account without changing the expiry date of the quota at the end of the month; meaning the account will renew by itself at the end of the billing month and then reset account to the quota level of the account type.
